RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ASL For Me sells digital learning resources delivered electronically.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All products are digital and are made available after payment. Due to the nature of digital products, sales are final once a product has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer returns or exchanges for digital products after access has been provided.

TECHNICAL ISSUES OR DEFECTIVE FILES
If you cannot access your purchase or believe that a file is defective, contact us within 7 days of purchase at Contact@aslforme.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. After review, we may provide a replacement copy, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, modify, or resell the product or any derived work without our written permission.
